심사평

학생이 컴퓨터 게임을 하기 위해 어머니가 낸 방정식 문제를 풀어야 한다는 재미있는 이야기입니다. 학생은 사방에 적힌 숫자를 활용하여 덧셈과 곱셈의 숨겨진 규칙을 발견했으니 컴퓨터 게임을 할 수 있겠습니다. 동기가 무엇이든 문제를 해결하기 위해 규칙을 찾고 이를 수학적으로 표현하는 능력은 수학적 사고력을 발전시키는 데에 도움이 되는 좋은 예시입니다. 이렇게 창의적인 방식으로 꾸준히 수학일기를 작성하기를 바랍니다.

Commentary

It's an interesting story which she has to solve her mother's equation problem to play more computer games. Using the numbers written on all sides, she discovered the hidden rules of addition and multiplication. Also, this student formulated the problem and told a story very creatively, which shows her orderliness of her logical way of thinking.

수상소감

저는 그리기와 색칠하기를 잘하지 못하는데 이 상을 받게 되어 정말 놀랐습니다. 그러나 수학 덕분에 이 상을 받았다고 생각해요. 수학이 너무 좋고, 이 대회를 하는 동안 너무 즐거웠습니다. 단순한 이야기가 아닌 창의적인 수학 이야기를 만들고 싶었습니다. 그래서 논리적인 문제를 만들기로 결심했습니다. 이러한 논리적인 유형의 문제들은 푸는 것도 재미있습니다. 여러분들이 좋아해 주셔서 너무 기쁩니다. 저는 모든 사람이 즐겁게 풀 수 있는 문제를 만드려고 노력했습니다. 그림을 그려 상을 받은 것이 이번이 처음이라 스스로 정말 뿌듯합니다. 감사합니다.

Acceptance speech

I'm really surprised that I got this award because I'm not good at drawing or coloring. But I have gotten the award thanks to maths. I love maths and was really excited during this competition. I wanted to do a math story that was creative, not a simple division story. So I decided that I should make a logical problem. This type of logical problems are fun to solve and I'm really glad that you like the problem. I tried to make a problem that everybody will have fun to solve it. This is the first time I have gotten the award related to art and I'm really proud of myself. Thank you.
