심사평

크라통 바구니를 만들기 위해 평면도형의 넓이와 길이를 활용하여 필요한 바나나 이파리를 구하는 내용은 창의적이고 실용적입니다. 수학의 개념과 방정식을 활용하여 문제를 해결하고, 삽화와 이야기를 통해 내용을 명확히 전달하고 있습니다. 또한 전통에 기반한 재미있는 질문들을 더해 다양한 시각에서 문제에 접근하고 해결하는 것도 재미있습니다. 이런 창의적인 방법을 통해 수학을 학습하면서도 문제 해결력과 상상력을 함께 키울 수 있을 것입니다. 앞으로도 수학일기를 통해 다양한 문제와 개념을 탐구하고 창의적으로 생각해 보기를 바랍니다.

Commentary

This student wrote a math diary to make a kratong basket for the festival. Using the width and length of the floor plan, she found the necessary banana leaves. The illustrations and story conveyed the message clearly, along with a clear formation of math equations to answer a fun question based in tradition.

수상소감

상을 받게 되어 정말 영광입니다. 대회 모든 관계자분께 감사드립니다. 대회에 참가하고 싶었을 뿐이었는데, 상을 받게 될 것이라고 전혀 생각하지 못했습니다. 얼마나 놀랐는지 몰라요. 정말 감사합니다. 태국 축제의 크라통 바구니에 관한 제 수학 이야기를 좋아해 주셔서 감사합니다.

It is great honor for me to receive this award. I would like to thank all of you who made this contest. I just want to be a part of comeptition, but I never thought I will win. So I can not explain how much I surprised. By the way, thank you very much. I am appreciate that you like my story about mathematics at Krathong basket for Thai festival. Thank you.
