할머니의 밭을 목적에 따라 나누고 계산한 수학일기를 통해 학생의 노력과 수학적인 사고력을 칭찬하고자 합니다. 학생은 연산을 활용하여 각 구역의 넓이를 정확하게 구하였습니다. 뿐만 아니라, 학생은 계산한 내용을 이해하고 할머니를 도우려는 마음을 가지고 있음을 보여줍니다. 이는 학생이 수학적인 개념을 일상생활과 연결시켜 생활 문제를 해결하고자 하는 의지를 갖고 있다는 것을 보여줍니다. 앞으로도 수학적인 모델을 일상생활과 잘 연결하여 문제를 해결하는 능력을 발전시켜 나가길 바랍니다.

Commentary

It is a math diary that calculated by dividing the field that grandmother has according to the purpose. The area was well calculated using the eqation. Not only that, but she also understand the calculations and show her desire to help her grandmother. Also, this student was able to connect math models to daily life very well.

9명의 친구들과 함께 제 수학일기를 선정해 주셔서 감사합니다. 다른 친구들의 이야기도 정말 좋은 이야기입니다. 이 대회를 처음 알았을 때 흥미로웠고, 좋았습니다. 그리고 일상에서 발견할 수 있는 수학에 관해 쓸 수 있어 기뻤습니다. 저는 저희 할머니에 대한 이야기를 써서 제출했습니다. 제 이야기가 상을 받았다는 소식을 들었을 때, 너무 기쁘고 뿌듯했습니다. 앞으로도 이런 좋은 행사가 더 있으면 좋겠습니다. 꼭 다시 참여하고 싶습니다. 다음 대회에서 또 만나요. 정말 감사합니다.

Acceptance speech

Thank you very much for choosing my story to be awarded with nine other friends from Thailand, and I think the other stories are also of good quality. I liked and was interested in mathematics when I found this event. I'm so happy to be able to write about everyday math. I told a story about my grandmother and sent it to this event. When I know my story has won, I am very happy and proud. I hope you will have more great events like this in the future. And I will definitely attend the event again. See you again at the next event.
