수학일기에서 학생이 구슬 목걸이를 만들기 위해 필요한 길이와 재료의 가격을 계산하고 예산을 관리하는 과정을 흥미롭게 설명하고 있습니다. 학생은 구슬 목걸이를 만들기 위해 필요한 각 구슬의 길이를 정확히 계산하였으며, 수의 연산을 활용하여 필요한 재료의 가격도 계산했습니다. 학생은 이번 기회에 자신이 할 수 있는 범위 내에서 선물을 제작하고 예산을 지키는 것의 중요성을 이해했을 것입니다. 앞으로도 수학적 사고력과 문제 해결 능력을 발전시켜 나가길 바랍니다.

Commentary

It is a math diary about planning gifts for new friends at a new school. The length of the bead necklace and the price of the necessary materials were calculated using eqations. Also, this student applied math to solve a daily life problem really well.

수학적인 재능을 보여줄 기회를 만들어 주신 대회 관계자분께 진심으로 감사드립니다. 제3회 국제 수학일기 경진대회를 개최한 한국수학교육학회와 타임교육 C&P에도 감사드립니다. 이 대회 덕분에 수학을 더 깊이 좋아하게 되었습니다. 이 대회는 일상생활에서 수학적 지식을 관찰하고, 적용하는 것을 연습하게 해 주었습니다.

Acceptance speech

Thank you to the tournament's organizers for opening up a stage to showcase their mathematical potential. My warmest thank you. I would like to thank also the 3rd International Match tournament hosted by The Korea Society of Mathematical Education and the T-IME Education C&P Public Company Limited in Korea for hosting today's math writing contest. I became more impressed and fond of math because of this. This contest allowed me to practice observing and applying mathematical knowledge in everyday life.
